if you are serious about your complaint (or) our improvement, why don't you contact us through the proper channel during your travel time itself? what is the purpose of writing a helpless review that is not useful to anyone after the end of the tour? So now obviously the question comes to me; Are you working as a writer for a "review-selling company"?
